Ingredients:-
Chopped seedless dates / Khajur

Grated dried coconut

2 cup

Sugar

½ cup

Cardamom powder
|
1 tbsp

Ghee / clarified butter
|
3 tbsp
|
Poppy Seeds
|
30 grams
|
Method:-
- Take ghee into a pan, add grated dried coconut into it and fry on low flame till get slightly brownish and crispier.
- Roast poppy seeds for few seconds. Take care that it should not burn.
- Mix chopped seedless dates, coconut and sugar together. Grind it roughly.
- Add cardamom powder, roasted poppy seeds to mixture. Mix it well.
- Take handful of mixture on palm and make small ball of it by pressing mixture by other hand [In short make ladu of it ]
[Note: - You can use ghee if you think mixture is
getting dry.]
