Boiled Egg Salad
Ingredients:-
Boiled Egg

Roughly Chopped Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
|
1 small bowl
|
Chopped Red Cabbage
|
3 tbsp
|
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|
1-2 tbsp
|
Salt
|
1 pinch
|
Crushed Black Paper
|
1 tsp
|
Method:-
- Cut boiled egg into four parts ,add lettuce leaves and red cabbage in it.
- Sprinkle salt , crushed black paper and add extra virgin olive oil to mixer.
- Mix it well .
- Boiled Egg Salad is ready to serve..

Kairy Panha
Ingredients:-
Raw Mango

1-2 no. [Near about 500 grams]

Water

2 cups

Sugar

Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp
|
cardamom Powder
|
1/2 tsp
|
Salt
|
2-3 pinch
|
Cumin Powder
|
1 tbsp
|
Crushed Ginger
|
1 inch
|
Method:-
- Wash raw mangoes and put into pressure cooker ,add salt,turmeric powder and water .
- Cook it for 15-20 min [make 3 whistles of pressure cooker].
- Let it cool for sometime.once it comes to normal temperature , peel off its skin/cover.
- Take out mango pulp in a vessel/bowl.smash it well to one consistency.
- Add sugar ,cardamom powder,cumin powder and crushed ginger in it. Mix it well.
- This will make your thick panha pulp. You can store this in freeze . and can use it whenever required.
- For making panha ,take 2 tbsp panha pulp and add chilled water and stir well.
- Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy chilled mango panha .

Note :-
- You can use Jaggery instead of sugar.
- Also can change quantity of sugar as per your sweetness.

Chatpati Masala Kairy
Ingredients:-
Raw Mango

Red Chili Powder

1 tsp

Turmeric Powder
|
1/2 tsp
|
Oil
|
1 tsp
|
Salt
|
1-2 pinch
|
Cumin Powder
|
1 pinch
|
Chat Masala
|
1-2 pinch
|
Method:-
- Make a long cuts of raw mango.
- Take small bowl , add all remaining ingredients , mix it well.
- Apply mixer to pieces of mangoes.
- Enjoy chatpati masala kairy as side dish or short break
Note :-
I have used homemade red onion-garlic masala , you can use it also instead of red chili powder.

Chilled Lemon-Ginger Sarbat
Ingredients:-
Water

1 Liter
|
Lemon
|
1 No.
|
Sugar
|
5-6 tbsp [Use as per your sweetness level]
|
Ginger
|
1 inch
|
Salt
|
1 pinch
|
Ice cubes
|
4-5
|
Method:-
- Take water in a pot , squeeze lemon into it.
- Add sugar as per your sweetness level in water.
- Roughly chop ginger and add into water along with pinch of salt.
- Add ice cubes and mix it well till sugar dissolves.
- Drain water into other pot .
- Serve chilled by garnishing with thin lemon slice ...
