Ingredients:-
Prawns

250 grams

White flour
|
6-7 tbsp
|
Corn flour
|
1 tbsp

Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili Paste
|
1 tbsp
|
Salt
|
As per taste
|
Water
|
As required
|
Oil
|
To deep fry
|
Edible red color
|
A Pinch
|
Method:-
- Take prawns in bowl, wash it and add ginger-garlic-green chili paste. Keep it aside for 15 minutes
- Add salt, all flours, and edible red color to prawns and mix it well. Add water if required. [Do not make thin batter, it should be like pakoda's batter]
- Heat oil into frying pan, put prawns one by one separately into it. Deep fry till it becomes brown and crispier.
- Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
Note:-
- You can use more flour if you want it soft.
- Take care while frying prawns ,as they are wet already .
