Prawns Koliwada



Ingredients:-

Prawns
250 grams
White flour
6-7 tbsp
Corn flour
1 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili Paste
1 tbsp
Salt
As per taste
Water
As required
Oil
To deep fry
Edible red color
A Pinch
   

Method:-

  1. Take prawns in bowl, wash it and add ginger-garlic-green chili paste. Keep it aside for 15 minutes
  2. Add salt, all flours, and edible red color to prawns and mix it well. Add water if required. [Do not make thin batter, it should be like pakoda's batter]
  3. Heat oil into frying pan, put prawns one by one separately into it. Deep fry till it becomes brown and crispier.
  4. Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
 Note:-
  1. You can use more flour if you want it soft.
  2. Take care while frying prawns ,as they are wet already .
