Ingredients:-
Bread Slices

Turmeric Powder

Chopped Green Chilies

1/2 tbsp

Salt

To shallow fry

Method:-
- Take bread slices, cut into two halves as per your favorite shape. [You can either cut vertically or cross like sandwich].
- Beat egg in bowl , add chilies,turmeric powder,coriander and salt in it. Mix it well.
- Spread one tbsp oil on pan . Take one piece of bread , put into egg batter . Apply egg batter evenly to bead piece. and then put it on pan.
- Shallow fry till turn crispy.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.

- It's good if you can use brown bread.
- You can use red chilly powder instead of green chilies.
