Chicken Kheema Tikki

Ingredients:-

Chicken Kheema
250 grams
Curd / Lemon Juice
3 tbsp / 2 tbsp
Ginger – Garlic – Green Chili Paste
3 tbsp
Coriander powder
1 tbsp
Corn flour
2 tbsp
Salt
To taste
Oil
For shallow fry
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp
Red chili powder
1 tbsp
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Method:-
  • Mix all above mentioned ingredients except oil into bowl. Smash it well.
  • Make tikkies of above mixture. Shape it as per you want.
  • Heat pan, sprinkle oil on pan, shallow fry tikkies till it turn brown.
  • Serve with sauce.

ज़न्माला आला आहेस थोडं जगून बघ......


ज़न्माला आला आहेस
थोडं जगून बघ ,
जीवनात दु: खूप आहे ,
थोडं सोसून बघ !
चिमुट्भर दु:खाने कोसळू नकोस ,
दु:खाचे पहाड चडून बघ !
यशाची चव चाखून बघ ,
अपयश येत, निरखून बघ ,
डाव मांडणं सोपं असतं ,
थोडं खेळून बघ !
घरटं बांधणं सोपं असतं ,
थोडी मेहनत करुन बघ !
जगणं कठीण असतं , मरणं सोपं असतं ,
दोन्हीतल्या वेदना झेलून बघ !
ज़ीणं - मरणं एक कोडं असतं ,
जाता - जाता एवढं सोडवून बघ !

Semolina Appe



Ingredients:-
Semolina [ Rawa ]
1 Cup
Curd
½ Cup
Chopped  green chilies
1 tbsp
Baking soda
One pinch
Chopped onion
½ cup
Salt
As per taste
Water
1 Cup
Coriander leaves
½ Cup
Ginger paste
½ tsp

Method:-
  • Mix semolina with curd and water in bowl, make batter with dropping consistency.  Keep it for 4-5 hours for fermentation. 
  •  After fermenting, Add chopped onion, baking soda, chilies, coriander leave, ginger paste and salt into batter. 
  •  Heat appe mold on medium flame, grease each part with oil. 
  •  Pour spoonful of batter into each part. Cover mold by plate for a minute. 
  •  Cook it till outer cover becomes brownish in color and crispy, then turn each with fork, and cook another side as previous. 
  •  Repeat same process for remaining batter. 
  •  Serve hot with Mint chatani / Coconut chatani / Szechwan sauce.


       Note: -
  •   Appe are good when served hot. 
  •  You can use chopped tomato also.

Coconut Chatani


Ingredients:-


Grated coconut
1 Cup
Curd
½ Cup
Chopped  green chilies
1 tbsp
 Garlic cloves
2-3 no.
Salt
As per taste
Coriander leaves
1 Cup
Water
For grinding
Ginger paste
½ tsp
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
Mustard Seeds
1 tsp
Oil
2 tbsp
Curry leaves
5-6 no.

Method:-
  • Lightly roast chopped chilies, garlic cloves on pan without oil. 
  • Grind roasted chopped chilies, garlic cloves, ginger paste, coriander leaves, salt, grated coconut in mixer. Add little water to become fine paste of all ingredients. 
  • Take above mixture into bowl, add curd into it. 
  • Heat tadka pan, pour 2 tbsp oil into it. 
  • Add mustard seeds, cumin seed into oil, let it crackle, and then add curry leaves. Put this into curd mixture. Mix it well. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
