Chicken Kheema Tikki

Ingredients:-

Chicken Kheema
250 grams
Curd / Lemon Juice
3 tbsp / 2 tbsp
Ginger – Garlic – Green Chili Paste
3 tbsp
Coriander powder
1 tbsp
Corn flour
2 tbsp
Salt
To taste
Oil
For shallow fry
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp
Red chili powder
1 tbsp
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Method:-
  • Mix all above mentioned ingredients except oil into bowl. Smash it well.
  • Make tikkies of above mixture. Shape it as per you want.
  • Heat pan, sprinkle oil on pan, shallow fry tikkies till it turn brown.
  • Serve with sauce.
