Ingredients:-
Semolina [
Rawa ]

Curd

Chopped green chilies

soda

One pinch

Chopped
onion

½ cup

Salt

As per

Water

1 Cup

Coriander
leaves

Ginger
paste

|
Method:-
- Mix semolina with curd and water in bowl, make batter with dropping consistency. Keep it for 4-5 hours for fermentation.
- After fermenting, Add chopped onion, baking soda, chilies, coriander leave, ginger paste and salt into batter.
- Heat appe mold on medium flame, grease each part with oil.
- Pour spoonful of batter into each part. Cover mold by plate for a minute.
- Cook it till outer cover becomes brownish in color and crispy, then turn each with fork, and cook another side as previous.
- Repeat same process for remaining batter.
- Serve hot with Mint chatani / Coconut chatani / Szechwan sauce.
Note: -
- Appe are good when served hot.
- You can use chopped tomato also.
