Ingredients:-
Surmai [take thin Slices]

500 grams

Rice flour
|
1 cup

Turmeric powder
|
Half tsp
|
Red chili powder
|
1 tsp
|
Cumin powder
|
1 tsp
|
Ginger-Garlic paste
|
1 tbsp
|
Green chili paste
|
Use as per your spice level
|
Salt
|
To taste
|
Oil
|
To shallow fry
|
Lemon juice
|
2 tbsp
|
Method:-
- Take surmai pieces in plate, mix all above ingredient except rice flour and oil. Apply this mixture on each piece. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes for marinating.
- Heat tawa on gas with medium flame. Pour 3-4 tbsp of oil on tawa; take marinated piece one by one, apply rice flour from all side. And put on tawa. Turn gas flame on low.
- Cover tawa with a lid for 2-3 minutes. Now take out lid, Turn pieces and spread 3 tbsp oil on it. [Don’t put lid again]
- Shallow fry till turns brown and crispy from both the side.
- Sprinkle lemon juice / Chat masala and Serve hot.
