Kairy Panha

Ingredients:-

Raw Mango
1-2 no. [Near about 500 grams]
Water
2 cups
Sugar
200 grams
Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp
cardamom Powder
1/2 tsp
Salt
2-3 pinch
Cumin Powder
1 tbsp
Crushed Ginger
1 inch

Method:-
  1. Wash raw mangoes and put into pressure cooker ,add salt,turmeric powder and water .
  2. Cook it for 15-20 min [make 3 whistles of pressure cooker].
  3. Let it cool for sometime.once it comes to normal temperature , peel off its skin/cover.
  4. Take out mango pulp in a vessel/bowl.smash it well to one consistency.
  5. Add sugar ,cardamom powder,cumin powder and crushed ginger in it. Mix it well.
  6. This will make your thick panha pulp. You can store this in freeze . and can use it whenever required.
  7. For making panha ,take 2 tbsp panha pulp and add chilled water and stir well.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy chilled mango panha .

Note :- 

  1. You can use Jaggery instead of sugar.
  2. Also can change quantity of sugar as per your sweetness.

Chatpati Masala Kairy

Ingredients:-



Raw Mango
1
Red Chili Powder
1  tsp
Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp
Oil
1 tsp
Salt
1-2 pinch
Cumin Powder
1 pinch
Chat Masala
1-2 pinch



Method:-
  1. Make a long cuts of raw mango.
  2. Take small bowl , add all remaining ingredients  , mix it well.
  3. Apply mixer to pieces of mangoes.
  4. Enjoy chatpati masala kairy as side dish or short break

Note :- 
      I have used homemade red onion-garlic masala , you can use it also instead of red chili powder.

Chilled Lemon-Ginger Sarbat


Ingredients:-


Water
1 Liter
Lemon
1 No.
Sugar
5-6 tbsp [Use as per your sweetness level]
Ginger
1 inch
Salt
1 pinch
Ice cubes
4-5


Method:-
  1. Take water in a pot , squeeze lemon into it.
  2. Add sugar as per your sweetness level in water.
  3. Roughly chop ginger and add into water along with pinch of salt.
  4. Add ice cubes and mix it well till sugar dissolves.
  5. Drain water into other pot .
  6. Serve chilled by garnishing with thin lemon slice ...

Bread-Omlet Pattice

Ingredients:-

Bread Slices 
2
Egg
1
Turmeric Powder
1 pinch
Chopped Coriander
1 tbsp
Chopped Green Chilies
1/2 tbsp
Salt
As per taste
Oil
To shallow fry

Method:-
  1. Take bread slices, cut into two halves as per your favorite shape. [You can either cut vertically or cross like sandwich].
  2. Beat egg in bowl , add chilies,turmeric powder,coriander and salt in it. Mix it well.
  3. Spread one tbsp oil on pan . Take one piece of bread , put into egg batter . Apply egg batter evenly to bead piece. and then put it on pan. 
  4. Shallow fry till turn crispy.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Note :-

  1.  It's good if you can use brown bread. 
  2.  You can use red chilly powder instead of green chilies.
