Ingredients:-
Onion

Coriander leaves

Red chili powder
|
As per taste
|
Ajwain seeds
|
½ tbsp
|
Turmeric powder
|
1 tsp
|
Besan / gram flour
|
As per required
|
Salt
|
As per taste
|
Oil
|
To deep fry

Method:-
- Cut onion into thin vertical slices. separate each part.
- Add remaining ingredients to onion except gram flour. Mix it well. And keep it aside for 10-15 mins
- Go on adding gram flour to onion mixture till it soaks all water from onion mixture. Mixture should be moist with thick consistency . DO NOT ADD WATER.
- Heat oil and pour batter in small portion .Deep fry bhaji / pakoda on medium flame.
- Serve hot with deep fried green chilies
