Pudina Chatani
Ingredients:-
Pudina leaves

1 bowl
|
Coriander leaves
|
3-4 tbsp
|
Garlic – ginger paste
|
¼ tbsp
|
Curd
|
1 bowl
|
Salt
|
As per taste
|
Method:-
- Grind all above ingredients except curd. Make
smooth paste of it.
- Mix it with the curd finely.
- Serve with hot tandoori or parathas..
