Ingredients:-
Steamed rice

2 cups, slightly overcooked

Fresh curd
|
1 cup, should not be too much sour
|
Coconut milk
|
½ cup

Chopped green chilly
|
1 tbsp

Garlic

1 tbsp
|
Red chilly
|
1, make two halves

Curry
leaves

7-8 leaves

Cumin seed powder

½ tbsp

Cumin Seeds

Mustard Seeds

1 tsp

Urad Dal (White lentils)

2 tsp

Chopped coriander leaves

2 tbsp

Oil

|
Method:-
- Take steamed rice into bowl,
- Add curd and coconut milk into cooked rice, mix it well. Keep it aside.
- Take a Tadka pan, pour oil in it. Let it warm.
- Add mustard seeds, then cumin seeds into oil. Then add urad dal, garlic. Let garlic turn brownish.
- Then add chopped green chilies, red chilies, curry leaves, ginger paste in pan.
- Turn off gas and then add cumin sees powder. Mix this seasoning into rice.
- Garnish rice with coriander leaves.
