Ingredients:-
Vermicelli

1 Cup, cut
into small pieces

Milk
|
½ Liter

Khoya
|
50 grams

Sugar
|
1/2 cup

Crashed
almond
|
2 tbsp

Crashed
cashew nuts
|
2 tbsp
|
Raisins
|
3 tbsp
|
Cardamom
powder
|
1 tbsp
|
Ghee
|
3 tbsp
|
Method:-
- Take a small pan, warm up 1 tbsp ghee into pan, add crashed almonds, cashew nuts into ghee.fry it till brown. Keep it aside.
- Keep milk for boiling up to 30 min, add sugar, raisins, khoya and
cardamom powder into milk, and let it boil slowly. Put gas on low flame. [Put
saucer into milk so that it should not come out of pan].
- Take fry pan; put 2 tbsp ghee into it.fry vermicelli for 5 min. turn off gas.
- Once milk gets ready, put vermicelli into it. Let it boil for next
7-8 mins. Kheer is now ready to eat
- Garnish kheer with fried almond and cashew nuts.
