Chicken Pakoda

Ingredients:-


Boneless chicken          250 grams
Egg 1
Corn flour 3 tbsp
White flour 1 cup
Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste 3 tbsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Red color 1 pinch
Water As required
Oil To fry

Method :-
  • Take chicken into bowl, add salt,curd, Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilly Paste. Keep aside for 30 mins for marination.
  • Add corn flour,white flour,red color and egg ,mix it well.Add water to form fine consistency batter.[Batter should not be thin].
  • Add marinated chicken to thick batter.
  • Heat oil into pan.
  • Deep fry chicken pieces one by one till it turn brown and crispy.

Enjoy chicken pakode with mustered sauce / Schezwan sauce.
