Enjoy chicken pakode with mustered sauce / Schezwan sauce.
Boneless chicken | 250 grams |
Egg | 1 |
Corn flour | 3 tbsp |
White flour | 1 cup |
Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste | 3 tbsp |
Curd | 2 tbsp |
Salt | To taste |
Red color | 1 pinch |
Water | As required |
Oil | To fry |
Method :-
- Take chicken into bowl, add salt,curd, Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilly Paste. Keep aside for 30 mins for marination.
- Add corn flour,white flour,red color and egg ,mix it well.Add water to form fine consistency batter.[Batter should not be thin].
- Add marinated chicken to thick batter.
- Heat oil into pan.
- Deep fry chicken pieces one by one till it turn brown and crispy.
