Thecha

Ingredients:-


Green chili 10-15 Nos.
Garlic 6-7 cloves
Sesame seeds [ optional ] 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt To taste
Oil 2-3 tbsp

Method :-
  • Put 1 tbsp oil into pan.
  • Add sesame seeds into oil,then add garlic cloves.let it turn light brown.
  • Add green chilies into it.
  • Add salt and lemon juice.
  • Fry till chilies tenders.
  • Let it cool down then grind it for short duration of time.
This can be eat as a side dish in lunch as well as dinner.
