Ingredients:-
Method :-
Green chili | 10-15 Nos. |
Garlic | 6-7 cloves |
Sesame seeds [ optional ] | 2 tbsp |
Lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
Salt | To taste |
Oil | 2-3 tbsp |
Method :-
- Put 1 tbsp oil into pan.
- Add sesame seeds into oil,then add garlic cloves.let it turn light brown.
- Add green chilies into it.
- Add salt and lemon juice.
- Fry till chilies tenders.
- Let it cool down then grind it for short duration of time.
