Gram flour | 1 Cup |
Garlic-Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
Chopped green chilies | 2-3 |
Curry leaves | 5-6 |
Chopped onion | 1 |
Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
Cumin seeds | 1 tsp |
Mustard seeds | 1 tsp |
Crushed peanuts | 4 tbsp |
Coriander leaves | 3 tbsp |
Water | 3 Cups |
Salt | To taste |
Oil | 3 tbsp |
Method :-
- Pour 2 tbsp oil into pan,let it be warm,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds into oil.
- Add Curry Leaves.
- Add green chilies,Garlic-Ginger Paste.
- Add Onion,wait till it become brown.
- Till the onion gets brown, take 1 bowl,Mix gram flour, salt as per taste and water[This will make Thin batter of water consistency.]
- Add turmeric powder and crushed peanuts into pan.mix it well.
- Now add thin batter of gram flour into pan, stir it well,See that lumps should not formed.
- Cover pan with lid / plate for 5-6 Min's.
- Pithal is ready, Take it into serving bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.
